Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story restaurant lounge/tavern in the 20th Century Commercial style built in 1931. The building is rectangular in plan. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a flat roof clad in rubberized/asphalt composite. Windows are fixed. The primary elevation facing Beverly Boulevard is divided into three bays. The cladding and windows in the west and center bays are shielded by a garden wall. The eastern bay contains the original recessed entryway with a single door of vertical plank construction.
