Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Eclectic style with Bungalow/craftsman influences built in 1921. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original stucco and original stucco. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one shed-roofed dormer. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 16/1 double-hung sashes.
