Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Craftsman style built in 1928. The building is square in plan. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one hip-roofed dormer. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on square wood piers.
