Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story, 3-bay domestic building in the No Primary Style with Craftsman influences built in 1935. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original stone veneer. The building has a high side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. Windows are replacement aluminum double-hung sashes. There is a full-span veranda characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with square stone posts.
