This is a 3-story, 3-bay commercial building in the Exotic Revival style with Eclectic influences built in 1930. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is steel frame. Exterior walls are original brick veneer and original terra-cotta. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are original steel, Commercial Store front Recessed-light fixed.
