This is a 1-story, 5-bay domestic building in the Tudor style with English Cottage Revival influences built in 1930. The building is square in plan. The structural system is undetermined. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original stone. The building has a hipped cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one off center in front, front slope chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 gothic. There is an open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with arched brick posts.
