This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Eclectic style with Craftsman influences built in 1920. Exterior walls are original wood siding (primary) and original metal (secondary). The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement standing seam metal. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in standing seam metal with decorative wood posts on square brick piers. There is a single-story, upper story, frame addition. Second stpry an early addition. Porch added in 1925.
