This is a 1-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Craftsman style with Colonial Revival influences built in 1925. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a low side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and exposed rafters and brackets. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a gable with arch roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on square concrete block piers.
