This is a 2-story, 3-bay rectangular commercial building in the Italianate style with Romanesque Revival influences built in 1913. Exterior walls are original brick veneer. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are original wood, multi-light casements. The building also has a metal barrel tile pent roof around the second (top floor.) After being vacant for several years, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is registered as a local landmark. Using historic preservation tax incentives and grants, the building was faithfully restored and now houses the Abielne Preservation League as well as other non-profits. The builder is recorded as Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks.
