This is a 1.5-story, 6-bay house in the Mission/Spanish Revival style with Craftsman influences built in 1925. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in original terra cotta barrell tile with flush eaves and two gabled dormers. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, three-quarter open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with short battered brick posts on square brick piers.
