This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Colonial Revival style with Beaux Arts/Neo-Classical influences built in 1930. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a low side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and three gabled dormers. There are one side right, exterior, brick chimney and two offset left, straddle ridge, brick chimneys. Windows are replacement steel, 1/1 casements. There is a single-story, single-bay central open porch characterized by a flat with balcony roof with classical wood posts.
