Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story, 4-bay domestic building in the Queen Anne style built in 1889. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is piers. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original wood shingles. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flush eaves. There is one offset left, straddle ridge chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by a flat roof with decorative wood posts.
