This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Colonial Revival style with Prairie School influences built in 1928. The building is square in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flush eaves. There are two side left, exterior, stuccoed chimneys and two side right, exterior, stuccoed chimneys. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a two-story, full-span open porch characterized by a flat with balcony roof with square stuccoed posts.
