This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Late Victorian style with Folk/Traditional influences built in 1900. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and decorative bargeboard. Windows are original wood, 4/4 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, corner wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with decorative wood posts.
