This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Mission/Spanish Revival style built in 1920. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a cross gable roof clad in original terra cotta barrell tile with flush eaves. There is one side right, exterior, stuccoed chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, Prairie style grid/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, three-quarter open porch characterized by a flat with balcony roof with square stuccoed posts.
