Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story, 4-bay domestic building in the English Cottage Revival style with Craftsman influences built in 1925. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with raked open cornice and false beam ends. There is one off center in front, exterior chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 grouped dh sash. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a gable with arch roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered brick posts.
