This is a 2-story, 5-bay residential building in the Contemporary style built ca. 1956. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are original vertical wood siding and original concrete block. The building has a shed roof clad in replacement rubberized/asphalt composite with open cornice and exposed rafters. There is one offset right, side slope, stuccoed chimney and one brick chimney. The five bays across the front facade include four with glazing and one with original front door. Hopper windows below two of the fixed sash. Slider windows on front of bedroom wing with casement on North Elevation. Two original garage doors. Original light over front entry.
