This is a 2-story residential building in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built in 1970. Exterior walls are original stone veneer and replacement vinyl siding. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three gabled dormers. Windows are original aluminum, 6/6 double-hung sashes.
