This is a split-story house in the Neotudor style built in 1977. The building is rectangular in plan. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding and original rolled asphalt. The building has a cross-hip roof clad in original asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 8/1 double-hung sashes. Stoop. Offset and beneath overhanging second story.
