This is a 1-story, 5-bay residential building built in 1963. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are original brick veneer. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. The roof features two hipped cross gables on the west and east bays. Windows are original aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Windows are flanked by decorative shutters and feature stone or concrete sills. There is a single-story, single-bay entry porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. There is an addition. The primary entry is located within the recessed entry porch.
