Historical Summary:

This house occupies Lot 54 of the Annally Downs subdivision. Roadwork and site clearance for the subdivision began in the early 1960s, however, few lots were developed during the 1960s. Most building occurred in the early 1970s, and the majority of the lots were occupied by 1974. It is a typical 1960s/1970s subdivision with examples of the ranch, Split-Level, and Bi-Level house types.

Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story, multiple-bay residential building built in 1969. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are original stone veneer. The building has a low side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice. The roof features wide overhanging eaves. The southern end of the building features a cross gable on the front and the rear of the house. Windows are original sliding sash. There is an addition. The primary entry is recessed forming a U-shape with a central courtyard.
