Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a high side gable roof clad in modern asphalt shingles with box cornice and exposed rafters. Exposed rafters in the central dormer on facade. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. All different light windows. Appear original from photos. There is a single-story, three-quarter portico characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered brick posts. Original door and paned sidelights.
