Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story, 5-bay house in the Federal style built in 1855. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a low hip roof clad in modern asphalt shingles with box cornice and dentil moulding. End chimneys Windows are original wood, 6/6 double-hung sashes. Wooden lintels and stone sills There is a two-story, single-bay central open porch characterized by a flat roof with square wood posts on square wood piers. Elaborate porch on upper story with diamond and circle pattern. Round finials adorn corner posts. There is a two-story, rear, brick addition. Historic paneled wood door (modern screen door) with four pane sidelights. A row of small dentils separated the door from its seven-pane transom.
