This is a 1-story domestic building in the Vernacular style built ca. 1840. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are asbestos siding. The building has a side-gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Windows are contemporary vinyl 1/1 double-or-single hung, with molding. The porch has a shed roof. Doors are contemporary metal glazed, paneled with Pent Roof.
