Description

This is a 2-story apartment/multi-unit complex apartment building in the Other style built in 1921. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a composite roof. Primarily flat roof with a parapet wall shaped into a pediment. Windows are replacement aluminum awning. There is a single-story, full-span open porch. The primary entryway is located on the north facade of the building facing 21st Street with a view of Collins Park and the Bass Museum of Art. The entrance is a double glass door flanked by floor to ceiling glass block windows. Symmetrical stucco building; recessed entryway; large fieldstone pilasters; parapet wall shaping a pediment; horizontal bands; balcony above entryway. The builder is recorded as Regar & Oneill.
