In 1924, the structure was Gotham hotel with 74 rooms and 6 apartments. In 1952,
the building was remodeled for 6 new apartments with 6 new kitchens. The original name was changed from Gotham Hotel to Trianon Apartments. In 1954, there were also 18 rooms remodeled into 9 apartment units. In 1956, more hotel rooms were remodeled into five efficiency apartments.

Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story apartment building in the Other style built in 1924. The structural system is ordinary. The foundation is reinforced concrete. The building has a flat roof with parapet walls. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. The primary entryway is a glass door centered and elevated by 5 steps on a porch. The porch has two square columns and glass block openings on each side of the entryway. There is also a decorative iron rail on the porch.
