This is a 2-story commercial building in the Other style built in 1935. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is concrete pile. Exterior walls are replacement brick veneer and replacement brick veneer. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. The north elevation has large fixed glass windows framed in aluminum. The primary entryway is a double glass door recessed on the right corner of the north elevation. Fixed glass windows also surround the double glass door. Above the entryway is stucco but, the rest of the elevation is brick. Centered in this portion of the north elevation is a circular ornamental element.
