General Remarks:
The roof slightly overhangs on the north with decorative coffers. Below the window ledge on the second level is a horizontal band of decorative floral ornamentation. The surface of the building has diagonal score lines that form a "v" in the center of each bay that resemble a keystone. An extrusion of mass in the central bay accentuates the primary entryway.
