Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story commercial building in the Miami Modern style with Post-War Modern influences built in the period 1950-1959. The building is rectangular in plan. The building has a flat with parapet roof. The parapet wall on the roof has a simple stepped back ziggurat feature on the rounded corner above the entrance. Windows are aluminum fixed. The fenestration on the building includes large display windows on ground level and fixed ribbons of windows above. The primary entryway is located on the rounded corner of Collins Avenue & 23rd Street. The entrances are two single glass doors with fixed glass in between.
