Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style with Queen Anne influences built in 1909. The building is square in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three hip-roofed dormers. Front, north and south-facing hip-roofed dormers. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 4/1 double-hung sashes. Historic wood storm windows. There is a single-story, full-span enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts. There is a two-story, rear, frame/stucco addition.
