Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story, 3-bay single-family residence in the Queen Anne style with Prairie School influences built in 1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and three hip-roofed dormers. There is one rear, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There are opposing bays on first and second floors of front facade. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in composition shingles with square stuccoed posts. Columns have decorative wood brackets at the column capitals. The columns engage the low stucco wall of the porch. Stucco knee walls with wood caps flank the entry steps. Storm windows and aluminum soffits have been added.
