This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1904. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement asphalt shingles. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two gabled dormers. Front gabled dormer with pediment and south gabled bay with pediment. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a hip and flat roof with square wood posts. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition.
