This is a 3.5-story apartment building in the Craftsman style built in 1915. The building is u in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original terracotta. The building has a low hip roof clad in original clay tiles and brackets and four gabled dormers. Gable-front bays face Austin and the courtyard. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Basement windows replaced with glass block. Multiple entry doors with terracotta surrounds are at grade within the courtyard.
