The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls. There is one side right, exterior, stone chimney and one side left, exterior, stone chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop with classical stone posts. Three entry stoops with limestone surrounds, dentil moulding and fluted square pilasters. Three-story rear wood porches.
