This is a 3-story apartment building in the Classical Revival style with Queen Anne influences built in 1904. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stone and original brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls. There is one side right, exterior, stone chimney and one side left, exterior, stone chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop with classical stone posts. Three entry stoops with limestone surrounds, dentil moulding and fluted square pilasters. Three-story rear wood porches.
