Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story apartment building in the Mid-Century Modern style built in 1965. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick and original wood siding. The building has a low front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Picture windows "Chicago Style" on south side. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a sloped canopy roof. Side entry doors.
