Exterior walls are original brick and original wood siding. The building has a low front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Picture windows "Chicago Style" on south side. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a sloped canopy roof. Side entry doors.
