This is a 2.5-story multi-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1914. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flared eaves and two hip-roofed dormers. Front and north-facing hip-roofed dormers with flared eaves. There is one rear, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Also 8-over-1 and 10-over-1 double-hung windows. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with square brick posts. Entry door and flanking sidelights with glazing.
