This is a 2.5-story apartment building in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1892. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original wood shingles. Original siding on front facade with new wood siding on addition. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and multiple gabled dormers. Multiple side gables added in 2006 during conversion to multi-family (condos). Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with round wood posts. Front porch added in 2006.. There is a 2.5 story, rear, frame addition. Multi-family addition, front porch, front-loading garage door.
