This is a 3-story apartment building in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1893. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof. There is one side right, flat roof, brick chimney and one side left, flat roof, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. Fixed windows with art glass top transoms in three-story bays flanking front sun porches. There is a single-story, recessed open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with square brick posts. Double entry doors with single transom window above.
