This is a 3-story apartment building in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1893. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof. There is one side right, flat roof, brick chimney and one side left, flat roof, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. Fixed windows with art glass top transoms in three-story bays flanking front sun porches. There is a single-story, recessed open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with square brick posts. Double entry doors with single transom window above.
