This is a 3-story apartment building in the Classical Revival style built in 1908. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick. Limestone banding at sill height. The building has a flat with parapet roof and cornice with brackets and dentils. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay central recessed porch characterized by a flat roof with square brick posts. Arched wood entry door with full arched sidelights.
