This is a 2-story multiple dwelling in the Queen Anne style built in 1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. Horizontal stone banding along front facade at second floor window sill height. The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls and cornice with brick corbelling. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with square brick posts. Porch and stair sidewall are brick with stone caps. Stairs and landing are concrete. Brick posts support wood entablature and roof. Two separate entry doors on porch.
