Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1902. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern aluminum siding. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four gabled dormers. Two front-facing gables, one each on the north and south. There is one side right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stone posts.
