This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1896. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard. Asphalt shingles were removed and original siding restored in 2015. The building has a high side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two multiple dormers. Hip-roofed dormer and octagonal roof dormer on front. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip-and-gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts.
