Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1903. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are original wood siding. First floor of house appears to have wood siding, while second floor and dormers have either thicker wood, vinyl, or synthetic siding. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep and two hip-roofed dormers. There is one side left, exterior, wood siding chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 sash. There is a single-story, full-width veranda characterized by a low sloped hip roof roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood siding-clad posts.
