This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1914. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are stucco and wood siding. Wooding used for much of the first story of the house, while stucco is used for the rest of the building's exterior. The building has a cross hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/1 sash. There is a single-story, side wing enclosed porch characterized by a low sloped hip roof roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood siding-clad posts.
