This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style built in 1938. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a high side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney and one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 8/8 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with brackets support cantilevered roof posts. Door centered on facade with sidelights and fan-shaped transom window flanked by classical wood pilasters.
