Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style with Craftsman influences built in 1911. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco. Decorative wood trim and half-timbering. The building has a gable hip/gablet roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side left, exterior, brick and stucco chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, 6/6 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a shed roof clad in metal with modern metal posts. Front porch materials iron, concrete. Side entry porch.
