Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1922. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding and original wood shingles. The building has a side gable roof clad in modern metal shingles and two gabled dormers. Energy Star metal roof installed in 2010. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, Prairie Grid/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with battered wood posts on side walls vinyl siding-clad piers.
