Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built in 1927. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is continuous brick. Exterior walls are original brick and replacement vinyl siding. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 8/1 double-hung sashes. There is a platform/stoop characterized by an arched roof clad in coating covered with modern decorative metal posts.
