This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Folk/Traditional style built ca. 1895. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are modern fiber cement board siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one shed-roofed dormer. Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. First floor picture windows is historic wood. There is a single-story, partial-width recessed porch characterized by an incised roof clad in asphalt shingles with square posts. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition. Residential.
