This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built ca. 1923. The structural system is box frame. Exterior walls are wood siding. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are , 7-light double-hung sashes. Some windows are replacements.
